As a realtor I'm not here to push papers for you or log online and just list your home. I'm here to teach you. Teach you what to do and how to do it. I am an Multi-Million Dollar Producer, an expert in Harris and Mongomery county for Probate and Divorce, I specialize in innovative homes sales, Owner Financing, and am an Assistant to a local mortgage broker. Buying a home or getting approved for a Morgage does not look like it once did. Society is so used to believing that in order to purchase a home you have to have an 800 credit score with 20% down. That is not the case on some loans we are approving at 560 credit scores and 3.5% down or in some cases 0% down. Most people just want to know what their monthly payments will be with everything. I do the monthly breakdown of your mortgage, with your PMI, your insurance, your monthly taxes, before we even go see the home! So you can tell me what payment your are comfortable with. Something else that is often missed when buying a home, how much the tax rate will actually change your monthly payment, I will take the time and help you to understand these things. I'm very easy going and extremely honest. I will also help keep you on track. Alot of times when you start seeing homes you loose focus of the things you truly wanted in a home. I remind my clients and help keep them on tract. So there will be very few surprises along the way. This is my first lesson call me for your next!
